The wellcare® Hotline is staffed by the Water Systems Council (WSC), the only national non-profit organization solely focused on private wells and small well-based drinking water systems serving more than 13 million households nationwide. The wellcare® Hotline is also supported by the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) and recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
WSC is committed to ensuring that Americans who depend on wells have safe, reliable drinking water and works to educate well owners, consumers, and policymakers at the local, state, and federal levels about water wells and the importance of protecting America’s groundwater resources.
